Since joining Lincoln in 1983, Marilee has fulfilled many roles, from local to national levels. As Business Operations Manager, she is responsible for the oversight of operations for Lincoln in the West Division, supporting financial planners in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. Her specialties include:
Providing Compliance training and support, to include audits and supervisory activities,
Directing activities of staff to ensure outstanding service and performance levels are met for the region, including providing Human Resources assistance for the hiring, onboarding, and training of planners’ assistants,
Assisting financial planners with the implementation of their business succession plans,
Managing operational tasks required to have a well-run OSJ.
Before becoming a Registered Principal and overseeing compliance and operations in 1999, Marilee was a wholesaler for products manufactured by Lincoln National Life including Small Group Health, Dental, Life, Disability, and Long-Term-Care insurance. In 2004, she was promoted to the Business Operations Manager position. She has achieved several awards within LNL and LFA based on high levels of performance and service to the organization.
Marilee and her husband Mike love to travel. Their daughter Rachel and her husband Ryan live in New York City.
