Adam Mosbach is the Managing Principal of the Phoenix Regional Planning Office of Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting. Adam’s Territory covers Arizona, New Mexico, and Las Vegas.

In the role, Adam is responsible for recruiting and the support of financial professional offering fee based financial planner, wealth management and insurance solutions to affluent clients.

Adam has a wealth of sales management and recruiting experience and his reputation as an energetic and confident professional makes him a valuable asset to Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA). Prior to joining LFA/Sagemark in 2008, Adam was considered to be one of the most successful partners at New York Life. He began his financial services career with MetLife Financial Services in 1993 and was quickly promoted to an Agency director in 1996.

Adam has successfully recruited and developed some of the top financial services professionals in the Arizona market. He has been able to accomplish this by partnering with committed team of top-producing financial service professional and prove them with the value they need to help them reach their visions of their ideal future. With his results – proven systems and values added programs – he coaches these individuals to higher income and saved them time.

Adam holds a BS degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. He is an officer for the National Association of Insurance and Financial advisors and currently serves as a National Committeeman. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Greater Phoenix, and President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Adam holds both the CFP and the ChFC designations and does have a personal practice.

Adam is a family man who resides in Chandler, Arizona with his wife Doreen and has four children. Adam’s past community involvement includes volunteer work for the West Valley Food Alliance, United Way Arizona Special Olympics and Girl Scouts of America.
